It all seemed fine but started getting issues so reached out to James on a Sunday. James was quick to respond and although he had a fully booked week, offered to come out in an evening to have a look. He came to us the very next day, travelling quite the distance and in rush hour traffic to get to us. He replaced the key with a new one, which has been working perfectly.
