"Lee came to repair self inflicted damage to the paint work on my car on 9th December. He has been due to carry out the work earlier in the week but the weather prevented him from doing so. Rather than calling or emailing me to let me know, Lee actually turned up to confirm the postponement and reschedule! He arrived on time at 9AM and took the expected 1/2 a day to finish the work.
