"DO NOT WORK HERE!!! STAY AWAY! This is one of the worst place to work especially when covering reception duties here to there. Even 30-60 minutes reception cover will drive you mad mainly because of the new manager (who's not even officially a manager by contract but she just wants to make her CV look good). Little things drive her mad such as going to the toilet for FIVE minutes which is too long for her, unable to pray for FIVE minutes when some staffs go out to have a five minutes smoke, co-receptionist snitches on you and give false/incomplete information to the "manager" about you until you yourself have to clarify the truth on what actually happened, false accusations made against you on the basis of a misunderstanding, they give you far more demanding tasks than what you're paid for. Also, the telephone software on the PC is extremely bad in a way that we have to requests I.T. support multiple times which disrupts the service and patients' needs especially if their calls are urgent, my former work colleague keeps on taking sick leaves, annual leaves leaving and forcing me to work on my own with all overloaded tasks thrown to me like a splash (despite raising this with my senior, no action was taken), the lists endlessly goes on. I worked for around 3 months and couldn't take it anymore so I found a better and fairer opportunity elsewhere and left. I decided to write a review now after leaving on January 2018 as I wanted to move on. But then I realised now that I wouldn't be able to truly move on if I don't raise awareness to potential new staffs. It's better late than never."
"If I could give 0 stars I would !! If you call this place, the receptionists pick up the phone and hang it up before you could even say anything. When they DO pick up which is very very unlikely they are very unhelpful and don't even know any information about the departments. If they don't like their jobs they should just QUIT! Someone vulnerable could need their help one day and they just pick up the phone and hang up. The tone of their voice is rude and they are not bothered to help in the slightest. I will be making a formal complaint regarding the reception staff and their attitude towards their work. I have worked on reception myself before and I have always given 100% good service even on my bad days! You do not take out your personal problems at your job especially if you're in front of house! in the receptionists case, she has a bad day every single time I have called !! It does not represent the organisation in a good light!"
