Reviews
"Coming from four hours each way from Ramachandra Hospital, Department of Nuclear Medicine, we were very happy to receive rapid fire attention and tests. Courteous and professional staff helped in all aspects of our visit. Having to return several times to complete all testing is the only drawback."
"I had my scan today and at the start had a panic attack, the staff were so understanding and helped me through it, thank you all!"
"Rude receptionist, no appointments. Got referred by midwife for emergency scan at 39 weeks pregnant due to lack of growth and ill mannered girl on reception tried to give me an appointment after the due date. Had to pay 180 quid for a private one. Theyll be hearing from us again."
"I use the Department here for my patients - bone density DEXA to consider osteoporosis and/ or osteopaenia, ventilation/ perfusion scans for suspected PE, and PET CT usually for the investigation or staging of cancer or inflammation. The quality of the whole service is excellent. The administrative staff are extremely good at coordinating the appointmentsp, the technical quality of the investigations and the reports - from a group of highly specialist nuclear medicine doctors - is, to my mind, world class. So much of the work for my patients is about getting the right information, rather than the quickest information; the clinical interface to make sure we pose the right questions, and answer them in the best way is invaluable, to have the imagining reports from the best specialists, working in lockstep with the various physician, surgeon, radiology, pathology, microbiology specialists is a model for how care should be delivered."
