"Having done a bit of research and tried a few other forms of therapy, I was interested in trying mindfulness based cognitive therapy and came across Alex. The combination of hypnotherapy over the first few weeks to help to calm down with the following mindfulness training has been life changing - it's very much a case of having to put the work in, but despite having only just finished the course I can clearly notice the difference between weeks where I keep up with the practice and ones where I'm more lax. Alex himself is a really personable guy and it's enjoyable to work through it with him. It's hard work sometimes, but you get out what you put in and ultimately I feel confident now that I have a load of tools to use both on a consistent basis and as and when I need them."
