"They never pick up their phones so you always have to go in. I went today and there was only one staff serving, I spent 30 minutes waiting in line (that was out the door) to pick up my medication, only to be told I'd need to come back in 3 hours to collect. I put in the script request a full week ago and this was my only free time to try to collect my much needed meds."

I've been calling for 72 minutes straight now and Noone has bothered answering the phone, so once again I'm going to have to risk walking halg an hour *with pneumonia* just hoping their computers are working again."
