"Opening times are all over the place. Quite often big queues with people having to stand in scorching sun or rain whilst blocking the path. They could put a screen in the middle of the waiting area and create a one way system? Staff aren't the friendliest and you would expect more understanding and sensitivity from a pharmacy."
