"Great selection of clothes when I visited today. However your changing rooms weren't open which is ridiculous, there was no sign explaining why they weren't open. If I had been able to try on I definitely would have brought more clothes as wanted to check they fitted before buying. Please for future ensure your changing room is always open."
"This store is a mess. No other way to describe it. Dirty, empty shelves at every turn. Wrong labels/pricing or products dumped in wrong places. There’s always stock cluttering the aisles, simply discarded on the floor still in sealed boxes or wrapped plastic and no staff in sight working them. Cages blocking shelves in nearly every aisle - almost like someone started doing something, clock out time came and they just walked off and left it. Managers walking around uselessly, floating past a pile of mess without a second glance. The bakery section is a joke - make sure to check dates on everythiiiiing because you’ll be lucky to get 2 days out of it. I’m a regular shopper to this store but I’m finding it more and more irritating every week. The only saving Grace is the kind lady at self serve scan yourself, she’s there all the time and she’s always polite, and the older gentlemen in glasses at the lottery counter - love that chap! Get it together, Longwell."
"Queues at self checkout, no tills open. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I won't shop at Asda going forward, I go early with a toddler and a baby, having no tills open makes it incredibly difficult. Lots of frustrated older customers as well. Whoever's made this decision has lost the plot. Edit. I did ask for a checkout to open, was told it was only self checkout only and they couldn't. Edit. 1 month on, still wouldn't open a checkout this morning, left the shopping and went to Sainsbury's."
"Word of warning, 3.30pm on a Monday and with 30 checkouts available only 3 are manned! Queues of 7 or 8 people at each till!!! A joke! Always at least one thing unavailable. Check out my photo of the bread aisle on a Monday afternoon! Will be changing my supermarket as there's plenty around! Get a grip!!!"
"One of the most disgusting food stores I have ever been. This branch of Asda should be ashamed of its self. Aisle after aisle of dirty shelving, including the cold fridges where fresh meat is being sold, fresh fruit and veg areas, it does not end there, the drinks aisle, the freezers everywhere you look it’s dirty grubby shop areas. this super market needs a deep clean. I am surprised it’s not been closed down by the council for hygiene reasons. I will never return. The management need to address this ASAP, please see the photos below"
