"Absolutely shambolic, I tried to book an appointment asap, at the start of the call the earliest I could book was 6 days later, by the time I’d given my payment details it was 8 days later! In addition I’ve spoken to 9 different people regarding being sent a cash equivalent quote both for criminal proceedings and my records, I was assured on every occasion I would receive it and am still waiting 5 days after my initial request! Window fitted by really nice guy, on completion we realised the window a cheaper version of the original is made in China is just under 1cm smaller, so another has been ordered! Use an alternative if you can, a reluctant 1 star! Date of experience: 24 March 2023"

"Waited a week on glass but you can expect that. Window fitter left glass in the boot and this has jammed the boot closed. Still waiting on the warranty department to call. This is now over a week and still no call. When you call in you cannot get through to them. Update a month on is am still waiting for this to be sorted. Contact from autoglass is little to none, they couldn't care less."

"Had a front windscreen replaced here on Monday and because someone didn’t seal the rubber top bit properly I got excessive wind noise right now. And whole thing is just not holding properly. Really silly mistake I wasn’t expecting from company like Autoglass. Now contacted warranty team and need to wait 5!!! Working days. Which means I have to use faulty car atm. Do not recommend"

"Reasonably easy to find. Designated parking for customers with cars booked in. Very professional greeting and handed over to technician who checked the vehicle to ensure it was the correct windscreen. I was waiting so it was nice to see lots of comfy seats, flash coffee machine and a snack machine. Tech told me it would be around a couple of hours so was very pleased when handed the keys back after about 90mins. Tech gave words of advice on not washing it for a couple of days and trying to dodge severe pot holes etc. So far very happy with the job."

"Edit : now FOUR attempts to replace a windscreen after 7 months of waiting on them getting the part. 1st time they called right before we were due to drop the car off saying their technician wasn't qualified to work on our car. Rebooked and second technician complained his office didn’t allocate enough time to work on car, so rejected our booking when we dropped the car off for attempt nr 2 - despite us cutting our annual holiday early to be there. 3rd attempt finds the technician discovering they had ordered the wrong glass. Old glass out, old glass back in. Now on the 4th attempt, and you cannot make this up, they have AGAIN ordered the wrong glass. This is the 2nd time now that they have had the car in and REMOVED the old windscreen.. only to put it back in again. Again very poor communication, no ETAs given. Every trip to this place is a 2hour round trip for us.. I have never experienced a worse customer experience nor a more incompetent company. I would give ZERO stars if I could. If your insurance company insists on using this crowd, I'd suggest insisting on someone else or changing insurer. We certainty will now be insisting that our insurers move the repair from these people to a manufacturer approved workshop."
