"AVOID AT ALL COST Will first start by recommending another garage close by, Autosafe. Brillant garage with genuine staff who don't rip you off or put people's lives at risk. Don't waste your time or money with East end tyres. Used this garage previously where mechanics recommended £500 worth of 'things that needed fixed' which wasn't needed, took to another garage who said my car was fine and 4 years later my car is still fine. The annoying woman on the desk makes your visit worse by talking absolute nonsense and saying she will return your call and never does. Have heard from several other people that they have had the same experience. My neighbour recently used them and described their work as a botch job after having to call the RAC when her car broke down, parts hanging off, parts tied together with cable ties, not fixing simple things which resulted in her engine blowing up, blatantly putting people's lives at risk and ripping people off. Place should be shut down. You can tell their 'good reviews' are left by their staff/friends with the dodgy accounts. GO TO AUTOSAFE!!"

"Dont be fooled by the posts from staff, customer service! Dont make me laugh. Bit of free advice, dont ask what time you can pick your car up, ask what day, routine 1 hour repair can take 3 days. O, and by the way the receptionist does not do outgoing calls so dont expect an update on repair. Wrong quotes, wrong repairs, wrong return DATES. Apology for any inconvenience, they don't do that either. Good mechanics, great at their job, but customer services, an anathema."

"I can't recommend this place enough for your car. Great place to go, staff are friendly and are straight to the point about when you may get your vehicle back. Please note, the business is quite busy even when you turn up at the early hours of the morning. Ensure you call about the possible estimated time the vehicle will be ready. But make sure you don't plan your day around it, because you may not get it at the specified time! I will be coming back here in the future whether its for a new tyre or service. Thank you!"

"Had an MOT couple weeks ago which there were no issues with, passed with advisory to get breaks replaced asap. Booked in for service and breaks with the woman at the desk with the dark hair, I asked for a day that I could book a time slot in as I need the car and will have to plan my day around it. Was promised it would be taken first at 9am 1/10, turned up and mechanic in charge said she should never have promised that and they have 2 cars on the ramps so can’t start mines for hours. He Asked if I could reschedule AGAIN and I reluctantly agreed that as long as he could give me a time slot as I have a lot to do and need the car that’s fine. Told me to bring it at 9am 5/10 and it would be done for around 11(which he wrote in the book to confirm). Turned up at 9 and mentioned to the woman at the desk that I was promised I would be taken first, but she said she would have to speak with the mechanic first as they were really busy. After speaking with him she said that “he’ll see what he can do”, I said okay I’ll be here at 11 then and she said no we’ll phone you when it’s done. 11:30 comes and no phone call yet, phones up to check and she said “we’re trying to get your car on next”. Told her I literally don’t have the time and have planned my whole day around this TWICE now to be let down again. I said to cancel it and I’ll be round to get it, she asked if I could reschedule for tomorrow 9am first thing and promised AGAIN it would get done first at a discounted rate of £10 off for the hassle. Spent more than that on fuel with wasted trips and taxis. Terrible way to treat people. DO NOT RECOMMEND."
