"Just had my new windscreen fitted on my Mitsubishi l200 truck. I can honestly say from the initial phone call to Darren the service has been above and beyond. Allocated me a time to attend at Baillieston and i waited around 2 hours total for an immaculate job and service. Most of the staff have been working for this company for many years including the gentleman who fitted my windscreen who had been in the business for 30 years. Faultless and hassle free service even offered me 2 cups of coffee whilst in comfortable waiting area. I had recent nightmares with very poor service for auto glass , so National windscreens has been a breath of fresh air Kind Regards"
"Company Van booked in for 2.00 pm Told to have a seat in the waiting room as I said I was waiting for the windscreen to be replaced. van not taken into workshop until 2.50 pm — long wait with no one telling me how long it normally takes eventually at 4.10 I asked about the van and was told another 10-15 mins — van came out of Workshop about 4.25 — I had to go to the counter to ask if it was ready I was given the keys and told that I would need to wait another 15 mins for the Windscreen to bond properly now 5.15 pm 3 and a half hours as I arrived in depot at 1.50 Absolutely No Concern or Communication with Customer all this time Disgusting Behaviour"
