Dougie was super quick with responses and gave advice on how to fix an issue we were having with it a few weeks prior! Didn't send someone out on a call out charge and instead told us what the issue probably was and what to do and he was right! Saved us money and was really helpful. Dougie, Ally and Ryan all came out to help install our new boiler. The guys were lovely, had good chat and were helpful and informative. We have booked in to get it serviced by them in the future. "superb service from Dougie, Ryan and their team of helpers ( roofer electrician and apprentice) , the quietest, cleanest workers ever. New Bolier supplied and fitted within a couple of days from advising we needed it and at a price we were very happy with. Had used British Gas for 20 years and paid them fortunes but sadly never again will we let them darken our door. JDS are my new heroes!!"
