"I phoned at 6.30pm on Friday 16th December, I had a very poorly dog, and there was no hesitation to Oscar being seen, even though they were due to close shortly. The care Oscar received remained at the highest level. Full check, bloods and a scan were carried out. I can’t thank the vet (Natasha Watson) enough for the care and compassion she showed Oscar and myself. Thanks for everything!"
"I do like Vets4Pets and the vets in particular are always very attentive to my dogs needs. I do think sometimes more communication between the staff could be better as when I went to pick up my dogs flea and worming tablets I was told that they were not ready to collect as nothing was in the diary? I explained that I spoke to around 3 different people beforehand who were dealing with this and I was told it was sorted and to come and collect? I went in on the Thursday although I was told they would be ready the previous Monday? I was then told I would need to get my younger dog looked over by a vet as she had not been seen for a year! I explained that I had seen a vet 2 weeks prior to this for my previous dog and had taken her with with me at the same time. The vet explained what might be better given her weight. However it was sorted on the day thankfully and because my younger dog was visiting a vet in January it would be okay? Strange! I was told it would be brought up at the next meeting. As I say more communication between staff would be good."
"Tess has arthritis in her knees, she’s an older dog now. Adam has known her since a puppy and has a good grasp on her health issues and what we’ve discussed in the past about her. He always gives her a good check over, he prescribed pain management meds for her. He found the positives in that other than her arthritis she’s doing great. That made me feel much better as I was extremely worried about her. Above all else, Tess loves him, she’s a Dobermann who isn’t that interested in other people but always happy for Adam to examine her and goes to him for a fuss. He always explains things on peoples level, which I value. It’s so important to trust your vet and I trust Adam implicitly. Brilliant vet. I also saw Nicky in the passing and she came and had a wee chat with Tess. Another valuable member of the staff."
"Very friendly and reassuring. I've asked them lots of questions re my pet's health and they've always had the patience and time to answer them making sure I understand what they're saying. Have always put my pet first and spent the extra time bonding with them before any care. Can't thank the team enough for their time, dedication and care over these last few weeks"
