"I was a first time buyer and was looking forward to using this company as a regular for our new dog as I liked the thought of healthy holistic food. Sadly I was sent a wrong item and attempted to get it exchanged via sending 2 emails and a direct message through their website but I'm still yet to get a response and it's been 4 weeks! I really wanted this to be my go-to hub for dog foods but unfortunately the "customer service" is unacceptable... I will take my business elsewhere. UPDATE: The response I’ve just seen is nonsense. I sent 2 emails to the exact email address you stated and also sent a message directly through your website - so how have you searched and not seen anything from me? I quoted my order number on all messages sent. Stop lying to your customers and do the right thing."
