Premier Inn Livingston (M8, Jct3) hotel Deer Park Avenue, Deans, Livingston EH54 8AD

"Value for money. We stayed a week during New Year period as prices in Edinburgh were pretty crazy high. Its only half an hour drive away from Edinburgh or u can park at Ingliston Park and Ride and take the tram into the city too. We were told rooms are fully booked but there is ample parking so that's good. Room is okay. We had issue with the heater and was replaced with one immediately. Staff are amazing. Always smiley and greet us whenever they see us :)"

"Great place to stay for our visit to Edinburgh which is only twenty minutes drive away. The rooms were a good size and spotlessly clean and the reception and housekeeping staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. There is a beefeater restaurant attached where we had a lovely meal and a few drinks as our rooms were in staggering distance. We also had a lovely breakfast here and again the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again and do more exploring!"

"The room was far too hot and noisy -and they didn't clean our room once! It was 22-24deg for the whole stay with the window open and the thermostat on 18! They kept saying 'there is no air conditioning'. I didn't want air conditioning. I just wanted the heating to be turned off or down! On the 2nd morning we requested that our bin be emptied and the measly 2 teabags (for a 3 night stay) be replenished and put the sign on our door they still didn't do anything!"

"Point blank refusal to check-in even slightly early, even though I had checked the night before and there were still rooms available. Not even any offer of any storage for bags. On checking in at 2am we found the room was of lower quality than any other Premier Inn we'd stayed in before. For the price paid (£94) it really isn't up to standard. Room was really warm, even though it was cold outside. The shower was awful, barely a trickle and an old rusty shower head which was pointing against the wall and couldn't be moved. No sockets anywhere near the bed. Saving grace was comfy bed and 12pm checkout."

"We moved here last minute after an awful night at another 'hotel' near by. The staff were so friendly and couldnt do enough for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Thank you to everyone here for saving my birthday weekend!!"
