"I didn't buy a kitchen but did order a dishwasher as was struggling to get the one I wanted and Magnet was the only place I could see sold it. Service was excellent and they got one straight from the Avonmouth warehouse with free delivery due to having to deliver to someone else in my area. All done within about 5 minutes. "Alex White has been brilliant and beyond professional from start to finish. his attention to detail is second to none! we dealt with Alex first at Cribbs causeway but when we were ready to push the button on the kitchen, Alex had moved to the st Phillips branch. we dealt with another salesman at the Cribbs causeway but we felt the service just wasn't a touch on Alex therefore once I was told Alex was still with magnet but just moved to another branch, we moved our order to be back with Alex again! and we are so so glad we did!!
