"One of the rude people I have faced make me feel not welcoming(only this store)no greetings no smile whenever I go there feel regert they supposed to be help customer not turn them away I do so much shopping with argos over the years no problem with any other store but whenever I go to this particular store come out unhappy .i wish they could more helpfull with return options#argossainsbury"
"Easy access to the shop, it's located on the left when entering Sainsbury's. Quick pick up when ordering online. Management could be more customer friendly and focus, apart of that great shop and well organised."
"Usually a good branch but needs to make improvements to its lock down Covid 19 setup. I Ordered and paid online and just needed to pop in and collect my purchase, Should have been a quick transaction. I pre- wrote down my order information on a slip of paper to speed up the collection and was wearing a face mask to be responsible. The problem was that i was made to wait inline buy the Sainsbury's staff to gain access to the Argos store within, even tho the the Argos branch was almost empty at the time. That is a terrible set up. So if Sainsbury's is busy 20,30, 50 people wanting to go into the supermarket your joining the back of that queue when you don't even want to go into the supermarket, Extremely frustrating and inefficient. Terrible logic and set up, i suggest liaising with Sainsbury's to create a separate queue for Argos customers, every problem has a solution and this is a very easy and manageable solution. Once i got in my collection was sorted in about 2 minutes. I will also Leave a similar review for the Sainsbury's store as i believe they need to make these improvements possible for Argos customs. I found the Sainsbury's staff member managing the queue to be rude and unhelpful. I was forced to join the back of the Sainsbury's queue even after explaining i didn't want to go into the supermarket, and that Argos was practically empty and that i had pre payed for my item, just needing to go in for a minute to collect and leave. There was no logic or reasoning with her on this matter at all. She walked away from the queue and as i was entering after joining the back of the queue, she questioned with another Sainsbury's staff member if id queued or not, suggesting i had pushed in. As i was leaving the building she shook her head and started laughing at me. My Argos shopping experience was longer and more stressful than necessary but this was due to Sainsbury's."
"Don’t order & collect from here. There is only one queue for both Sainsbury and Argos. I had to wait for an hour to pickup one item that was only £20. I asked the staff they said management made the call."
"Absolutely understand (and respect) the need to limit numbers in store and adhere to social distancing, however, ordered something from Argos for collection and am required to queue in the Sainsburys 'shopping' queue (in excess of an hour I would imagine) to spend 30 seconds inside the doorway collecting my items. It could so easily be resolved with a separate queue for Argos, and a barrier blocking the way into the rest of the store so people couldn't skip the queue. Total waste of time. Wish I had been made aware of this before I ordered the items. I don't want to spend an hour in close proximity to other people unnecessarily,. Argos / Sainsburys, get your act together, or at the very least, make people aware when they are ordering so they can make an informed decision."
