"Very difficult to get through to the surgery, telephone system should be updated properly. This has been the same for two years. Staff are very nice otherwise but I wouldn’t recommend the surgery because it can take hours before actually being able to get through."
"Nice little mini-hospital. NHS staff are great, very friendly and professional, and I'm very pleased with the care I've received from St Luke's Medical Practice located in the building. Just signed up with the Carluke Dental Studio also conveniently inside, which sounds great judging from reviews and thankfully still takes new NHS patients."
"Carluke medical centre (Ladds department) is absolutely not what you think of them. It's all mind games at the fun of drug abusers with the drug worker's it's like cat and mouse. This is fact for the following reasons. I was on medication that was doing me the world of good i thought i was strong enough to come off the medication i was currently on so i decided with a little bit of parswatoin to stop them and for some reason i agreed to work with my drug worker closely. It was the worst thing i ever did but at the time me being me i went for it. Anyway i got put on medication by my drug worker then for the 2nd time i have been told that the medication i was on had a manufacturing issue now i had no reason to disbelieve the drug worker. So me being me went for it thinking the drug worker had my best interest at heart ''as you do with things like this'' One day i go to the chemist for the other medication i am on i didn't get the med's and got told by the pharmacy that the (medication in question was ok and has never had any issues) and regards to the other medication i had to go to the doctor and get a repeat prescription so i did go and got told by a ''receptionist'' that the medication will not be ready for three day's and that was a receptionist that told me that. I didn't see or get the opportunity to see the doctor. I didn't want to see the doctor for a repeat prescription i only needed to get it signed off at the end off the day as i have mental health issues and can't go three days without my medication."
