"Went for a gender scan was very anxious as I usually get at my scans the lady that greeted myself and partner at the door instantly put me at ease she was very friendly and chatted away to us as we waited. The sonographer was also lovely and friendly the whole experience was great and we were told our baby's gender which was later confirmed by hospital too so they know what they're doing. We bought a adorable bear which contains our baby's heartbeat sound chip. Will be booking again to see our little one they offer a range of different scans including bonding scan."

"Would not recommend getting a gender scan done here. I decided to find out the sex of my 2nd child to prepare my daughter. She really wanted a sister so we thought if we pay for a gender scan and find out that the baby is a boy she will have time to adjust to the fact she will b getting a brother and not the sister she was hoping for. Anyway got the scan at 18weeks. The woman conducting the scan told us it was a girl. I asked her "are u sure its a girl?" Her response was "yes you're having a girl". My daughter was over the moon at having a sister. At one of my check ups at hospital I was referred for an extra scan at 28weeks. The woman conducting the scan at Forth Valley hospital was very rude so we complained about her to her supervisor straight after the scan. Her supervisor took us to another room to do the scan again. She heard us referring to the baby as " she" so she asked if we had a gender scan done and to go back and get the gender scan redone because its not a girl. We were shell shocked. Baby Bond scanned again to say "sorry we were wrong. Its a boy" when I told my daughter she was absolutely gutted n cried her heart out because for almost 3 months she was convinced she was having a sister. I was angry because if at the scan you can clearly see the baby's vagina then tell us its a girl. If you can clearly see a penis tell us its a boy. If you're not sure then tell us you're not bloody sure n we will come back at another date to find out. If I had not had that experience at forth valley I would been none the wiser til he was born and that would have been much worse. Do not use them!!! Go elsewhere or just wait til the birth to find out. No excuse for this mistake!!! So angry!!!!"
