"Was there with family and just wanted a hot drink. When asked where we could sit we were told to sit where guests of hotel sit. Felt very awkward as bar was empty and would have been more appropriate to sit there. When receptionist was asked where I pay she said her at first then sent through to bar as she didn't take payments. Also asked for a menu to see what they had on offer and was told just to ask and she would see if they did it. Not the kinda service you want for the prices they charge"
"Room and price were fantastic.Staff were good specially marium the front desk warrior. Very good service was given by her in excellent manner. The bed was ridiculously comfy too."
"Stayed at Garfield House for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay. The room was a little hot but a fan was provided, cot was set up for our baby and the food was great (a few more veggie/vegan options would be nice) not overly expensive, clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful ."
