"I had a lovely stay, stayed for one night and the room was immaculate and huge which is great and bed was really comfy. Spa and pool facilities were great and staff were nice. Was also nice having a restaurant/bar within it as don’t need to travel. Would stay again."

"Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. Room was nice (executive suite) large comfortable bed, nice robes , amazing modern large bath and power shower. Food wasn't the best of quality/taste, although the continental breakfast selection was very nice !"

"Myself and my husband have just returned from a weekend at the parklands hotel for the first time. We were looking for a super chilled break and boy did we get it at the parklands. Great big spacious rooms with everything you need. The bathroom was phenomenal, great big bath with separate walk in shower. The spa facilities were heaven on earth and exactly what we needed. Every single member of staff was so attentive & friendly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast on our first morning was nothing short of spectacular, unfortunately on the second morning our breakfast was given to another table by mistake and we waited an extremely long time before we eventually got our breakfast which was rushed and undercooked. It was really disappointing as we were really looking forward to the breakfast after a long swim but accidents happen. We have been to quite a few spa hotels and I have got to say I loved this hotel. It is a hidden gem in newton mearns. Ohh and I can’t forget to mention Marious who gave my husband a full guided tour of the hotel. What a character he is and a asset to the hotel. Truly lovely staff throughout the hotel."

"Gorgeous suprerior room and hotel, every single member of staff from reception to dinner to breakfast were absolutely lovely! The rooftop was such a nice touch too and was nice to hear the peace and quiet up there. The food was brilliant as well! Only criticism would be the dressing gowns - they were rough and had stains on them but we weren't that fussed on using them anyway! Would come back if there's a good deal on :)"

"We came through to book our wedding on Saturday 24th of September, and had also booked to stay overnight to experience the full hotel. For weeks before, had many emails with Jennifer back and forth talking wedding dates etc and she organised our stay. Arrived early and our room was ready early too. Used the spa facilities which were absolutely fab! So relaxing and so clean. Our room was very big and absolutely spotless. Had dinner in the restaurant which was absolutely beautiful also. Great prices and very big portions! They gave us both a drink on them to celebrate booking our wedding which I thought was so nice of them! The atmosphere in the restaurant was grey, all the staff were brilliant. We then went back up to the room to relax. Honestly the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. The bed was amazing. So so comfy. Went down for breakfast the next morning and again cannot complain, so many choices. We chose full breakfast and it was a massive portion plus a continental breakfast etc. Honestly can’t wait to go back to celebrate our wedding! Highly recommend."
