"I had my son’s birthday party here and I will say it’s a great place to have a party for the kids. It has everything you could want and I feel it’s Reasonable priced. I had the Spider-Man and captain America mascots and they were absolutely amazing with the kids I would definitely recommend them as they spent so much time getting involved with all the kids. But the unfortunate part for me as a mother it was let down By it’s customer service skills and very unorganised. I never received half of what I asked for I was constantly given excuse after excuse with no one taking responsibility and feel like I’m still waiting for a genuine apology. As a business owner I feel like it makes for bad business the way I was treated"
