"Brilliant place for kids good value for money and the only place like it in local area. Will be telling friends and will be back staff were also lovely and super helpfull."
"Dropping my review from 5 stars to 1 star after today's unfriendly "Toddler friendly" session (15 Nov 2022). Unfortunately the new mgt weren't present today, only a newish girl who was dismissive of another parents' complaint after their wee toddler was hit by an unsupervised 6 year old boy with an aggression disorder who shouldn't have been allowed into the 0-3 year toddler session in the first place, he was literally twice the height of the biggest toddler. That same 6 year old also ran up to me and punched me in the face while I was on my knees playing with my own toddler. He sent my glasses flying clean off my face, thankfully not broken. Turns out this kid is autistic, so his aggressive behaviour isn't his fault. HOWEVER, 1) this is supposed to a toddler friendly session as advertised by the Wee Play Place. Why are 6 year old children being allowed into a 0 - 3 year old session? He was literally twice the size of the next kid. 2) I get that this kid has autism, but that doesn't make it OK for him to be violent and harm toddlers half his size, or anybody else. He needs special care in the right environment. And it's terrible his mother was disinterested in her child, my heart bleeds for him. But it is NOT OK that the new staff member was very aware he was unsupervised and was aware of his repetitive violent behaviour but yet she was completely dismissive of all parents. Not OK. I'll happy update my review back to 5 stars if new staff adjust their attitude and uphold the excellent standards & child safety of longer-serving staff. This is a great venue with so much potential and has been excellent in the past. But i won't return if mgt deem it OK for the safety of all toddlers to be compromised for the sake of 1 violent kid, who was literally twice the size of the oldest toddler at that, it's not OK. Serious harm could been done to a toddler. Please do something about your new staff and their poor attitude, or stop advertising "toddler friendly" sessions. New staff should not be dismissing child safety."
"Great space and lots to do for the kids. However it could be more well lit to make it easier to see your children inside the main play space. I also think it would be good if the area for baby and toddlers had a sign saying parents should supervise their child, it shouldn't be another parents job to deal with another who's hitting your child."
"Fab place for kids! Good size play area, staff friendly and good service. Good food options for kids and adults. Visiting for our second time while on holiday. Will come back again when we are in the area."
