"Craighead is the very best. This is not just a nursery but a place were experiences are created and memories made. Both children have been at Craighead since being 1 , the have developed great communication skills along with practical skills. Both has showed independence when it comes to day to life due to the life skills they have been shown. Both have had great friendship with fellow pupils and strong relationship with staff members, who really do go above and beyond. Updates on your children’s development is through a learning journal which shows experiences and achievements. The kids always like to remind me that nursery food is better than my own cooking, a varied menu for lunch and dinner along with snacks. I simply wouldn’t have my kids anywhere else."

"My son attended Craighead and daughter currently attends. It is literally the most perfect nursery. A beautiful location, amazing purpose-built building. Fabulous, engaging and exciting outdoor space including access to a working farm, fields, has animals to visit, a burn and forest areas! Home-cooked meals and snacks using local ingredients where possible. Staff; 5-star! happy, friendly, nurturing & passionate and always go above and beyond to make your little one’s experience at nursery the best it can be. Owner is always looking for feedback to continue improve and acts on suggestions. Communication about your little one via the App throughout it the day is lovely. Would 100% recommend with no hesitation!"

"Craighead Country Nursery School is a positive, friendly environment with a focus on each individual child’s personalities and needs. The Forest School was a highlight for our son with welcoming, knowledgeable staff. An innovative and creative setting where the children spend their day outdoors in the open air and enjoy homemade lunches and snacks by the campfire. With outdoor arts and crafts stations to cosy hammocks for enjoying some daytime slumber. The whole setting is very impressive and a safe haven for all the children to learn and grow. Regular updates are given verbally, written and online to keep you up to date with your child’s development. The whole nursery goes above and beyond all expectations and we are so very grateful to the staff for giving our son the best possible start to his education!"
