"Great experience. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, asked to disinfect my hands and then led straight into one of the examination rooms. After 3 tests, during which the process was explained thoroughly by one of the technicians, I was asked to sit outside and wait for an optician to be free, which lasted barely five minutes before the traditional part of the exam. Again, everything was explained in vernacular I could understand and not patronising. It was all done and dusted within the space of half an hour. Top service all round"
