On one occasion I turned up having suddenly become unwell during the drive there, and had no option but to turn around and go home, and was treated with nothing but kindness."
"Been with this dentist for years now and never had a problem. Have fears of the dentist and always been made to feel comfortable and calm. Genuinely forgot I had an appointment today as this had taken so long for them to book me in, I had another appointment elsewhere that was important and forgot to call in to cancel. Now they want to charge me, ridiculous when every appointment I have had in the last 2 months they have made me stand outside for anything up to 45 minutes after my appointment was due. It’s ok for them to be late every time but when you miss one appointment they want £20. Terrible"
