I spoke to Neil on the customer services team about the idea of buying a bottle of champagne for the special day. Neil emailed the ship and received a message that it could be arranged. Neil called me back and I purchased a bottle of champagne and arranged for a note to accompany the gift. All was delivered on the day and the card beautifully written.
