"I visited YORI on a Monday evening with a huge craving for Korean BBQ and I haven’t left disappointed. This place gets very busy in the evening so I highly recommend booking this place in advance if you’re planning to get a BBQ grill table (as they are limited in store). However, if you’re happy with them cooking for you the wait will be much quicker to get in too. We got the All Meat Set which includes 2 different cuts of beef, as well as marinated pork and chicken included. The meat were fresh and very well seasoned, however, I feel the portions were slightly smaller than if you order them separately or grill it yourself. Overall, the food was great and so is the ambiance, but we felt the portion was the only critique I have for price we paid (£42 after GST)."
"I was disappointed by the treatment and felt as though the staff, although not blatantly rude, singled us out by giving us wooden utensils although everyone else in the restaurant had metal as well as other small things like not explaining how we order food and placing us right in the back by the toilet although other seating was available. The food is overpriced, the treatment we received was almost certainly racially motivated and I will not actively warning my friends and family that this restaurant or and others make a habit to treat paying customers like less than because we look different. I would have hoped to have experienced a welcoming demeanour as we clearly wanted to experience something different but it just goes to show that these chain restaurants only care about their own and make no effort in welcoming individuals who are new to the cuisine experience. So disappointed, worst customer service and treatment I’ve experienced in years. Absolutely shameful."
"Was my first time here. The staff were so so helpful, polite, friendly and even wished us a Merry Christmas as we left. Food was awesome, drink was awesome. I left very satisfied. Will definitely recommend and I'll be bringing some more friends next time."
"Was suffering from holiday blues as we came back from South Korea, so we went to this Korean restaurant in London. This place is very busy, so make sure you reserve a table. We had one with the grill, so we cooked the meat. We ordered Pork and Chicken with various of side dishes. The food was very good and the staff were friendly. The food is ordered by the app (QR code) and it arrived pretty quick. Would definitely recommend this place if you love BBQ food!"
