"Honestly, their busses seem to be a few, and far between, we kept watching people being picked up as we waited. When you're on a time limit, it adds up. The drivers were all amazing, but could use some announcing as we get to certain spots, you kinda have to figure it out on your own. Overall, not a bad experience but could've been better."
"Good idea for touring London. You can opt to purchase a 24hr ticket which allows you to mostly cover all relevant spots in a day. And also included is a river cruise along the Thames. So overall its a good way of getting around the main attractions in London."
"The audio for the tour must have been set up with Geo points based on consistently slow moving traffic. On multiple occasions the audio would interrupt itself with the next stop when the buses were moving in clear traffic; however, most of the time we were merely listening to classical music Without any audio. This is my fourth time in London and my wife’s first, so this was very disappointing for her not getting all the audio of the locations we were passing. I have taken the hop on hop off tours in multiple cities before and it has been the best means of seeing the entire city. I highly recommend the hop on hop off platform when trying to see multiple landmarks in a new city, but I would not recommend taking this tour after the results we had. We paying £50 for two people, and being able to access the buses was very convenient."
