Because of the delay half of them went off to make their own arrangements so I lost business, apparently Ilyas was busy driving taking other jobs. After paying my deposit and confirming the job. Ilyas, sent me a message stating that he did not have a bus to suit my numbers. He failed to offer an alternative, or apologizing, after keeping me waiting for so long. "We hired a minibus for airport drop off and pick up, Ilyas was our driver and we had a really really positive experience. He was on time, professional and understanding. I'd definitely use his services again. We needed to change pickup time and he worked around our timings. Van was spotless and luxury. He was the cheapest I could find and answered our questions instantly on the spot and gave us a solid price. Really recommend him for any occasion."
