"I never actually used Zaytun Travels for my Hajj pilgrimage, however, Shah Bhai shared the same hotels and transit with my travel group (Travel Express), throughout the three weeks of my Hajj experience. When there were shortcomings with my travel group, Shah bhai was always on hand to offer his support to me and my mother. He was always there to provide me with advice when I required help and went above and beyond to support us. This level of sincerity is rare and a dying quality. It was refreshing to see a group so accommodating even though there was no duty of care towards me and my mother. Zaytun Travels had a well-structured tour guide in Shah bhai and the seminars which were provided were extremely detailed and insightful. This was particularly useful, as it helped me to understand how to perform the Hajj and how to follow through the journey after completing the Hajj. "I decided to travel with Zaytun Tours for Hajj 2018 due to great feedback from friends who traveled with them the previous year. It was the best decision I ever took, booking the trip, paying the deposit and getting confirmation was very professional and smooth. I had the opportunity to meet with the owner of Zaytun Tours, who was always available to give advice and ease any concerns. My package was; 5* Madina, 5* Makkah and then performing Hajj from Aziziyah, I was really impressed with the logistics. Flights were on time, coaches were brand new! and the hotels were amazing. We checked in immediately soon as we arrived and were treated to gifts. All of our accommodations provided breakfast and dinner which was really convenient and food was always different and great. During the days of Hajj coaches were provided for transport, the Mina camp was truly VIP compared to some we walked past, ours was spacious and packed with air-conditioning. Again Arafat camp was like a 6* tent, huge in size, very clean and equipped with air-con. Throughout the trip, the operators were always available and attentive, encouring the hujjaj and making it easy to the best of their abilities. A few words about the owner of Zaytun Tours, the most humble person I've met, a great companion, full of knowledge (studied fiqh of Hajj) and definetly an experienced individual who has taken groups for over 9 years.
