"The good: Really patient and helpful advisors. Seemed to have good info on the resort. Fast to respond to messages including evenings. If you take the first deal you are offered it's a really good price. The not so good: Original advertised price nearly doubled by the time I booked. Had to move dates due to partner messing about and caused 7 day delay booking. Never able to get back anywhere near original advertised price for the dates I could go. The really not good: You need to understand you are not booking a package holiday so read the quote fully and check it has everything you need. These guys bring together all the elements you need so I feel should let you know if you've missed something obvious. I found myself at the airport with no transfers to resort. My fault, but I felt this reasonably should have been pointed out. Considering what I know now I would happily use the service again with confidence now I am aware of the pitfalls."
