"So happy and satisfied with the service offered by Riva Travels Team. We family of four flown to kerala with a stopover in New Delhi in order to visit Delhi and Agra. Unfortunately our Gulfair flight from Manchester to Bahrain delayed and as a result we missed our connection flight to Delhi. When we went to the Travel desk at Bahrain Airport (panicking) saying them we missed our connection flight; we were already booked into the next flight with the timely coordination by Mr. Reji John (Riva travels). If this was not happened; our Delhi/Agra trip would have been a disaster. Mr. Reji John from whom i bought our ticket is a highly reliable and trustworthy person.
