"Went into homeware in Norwich Haymarket today. I wanted some help with a product, so went to the till point but was appalled to see a sign on the counter saying "assistants were working in other departments, go to children's wear" I won't he returning to Next!!!!"
"It the biggest shop with in the city centre of Norwich, I have to admit every time I go it's very quite but I have been when the sale is on, it gets pretty busy in there, the staff are friendly and polite, the shop was fully stocked with all sizes on every level I walked into, including the children's level that impressed me. They even have a 'Costa' Coffee located on the first floor. There are escalators between each level."
