"They just pressure spray windows. Sills are not wiped meaning they dont get clean. I had an open packet of cigarettes in an ashtray on my windowsill and they just sprayed right over them ruining the packet it would have taken 10 seconds to move them first. I sent a picture to their so-called customer service and got a reply back saying they talked to the operative and he didn't see a packet of cigarettes and that was it. Use them at your peril!"
