"Cleaners were nearly always on time and the general cleaning quality was acceptable (nothing to scream about, but ok) although sometimes they left early but were paid in full. Unfortunately all of this came at a very unreasonable price: 3 hours 97.50£, and when they said they would increase the price to 117 I just said enough and stopped the service. The owner would reply to emails sometimes with delays and sometimes I had to insist to have explanations, in general I don't think their service justifies the bill."

Her team did a great job and even a few extras things that cropped up during the cleaning. They are certainly not cheap compared to other cleaning companies, but are dependable and do a great job, so are worth it. We are considering using them now on a regular basis for once monthly cleaning. Its nice to work with a reliable company that does exactly what it promises."
