Not only that, it's clear there's attention to detail too, such as towels hung neatly on the towel rail and dry washing folded and left in a tidy pile ready to be put away. The communication book is also an excellent idea - the cleaners leave little updates of what they've done and you can make requests in return. They're a local, small business too, so you get quick, personalised responses AND they're excellent value for money."
