"When we had Jenny as our cleaner we were really happy but unfortunately on some occasions other people have turned up and been nowhere near her standard. We did request to have Jenny every time but I guess they can't always manage that. The times when it hasn't been her we've had to go around and re do a lot of stuff ourselves. We've decided not to continue with them anymore as it's just not a consistent service. Many thanks to Jenny though she is a great member of the team who deserves a shout out."
