"Where to start. April 2022 they had my car for in for the alloys to be diamond cut after for a second time. They had my car for 3 days to be told they were unable to recut the alloys due to the previous diamond cut been to deep, I explained to them that they were the people who less than 9 months prior to diamond cut the wheels (there first cut) after explaining this they proposed that they would powder coat the wheels for the time been and source a replacement set. This was in April 2022. Fast forward to January this year with multiple emails sent with no response I contacted them to be told that the company is now called something else and that there now trading under that name now “even though when he answer the phone he said scuff medics. So a quick look on company’s house and all the information I needed was there. I once again contacted them to be told this time that the company I had been in contact with was no longer them but they are using the same phone number same everything just not honouring there mistakes basically even though it’s the same guy with the same company name trading out of the same building. Avoid at all costs as not I’m out of pocket for a set of alloys at over £1800 and legally cost to recover compensation."

"Job: Repair 1 alloy Buckle and Powder coat 4 alloys Their first attempt to refurb my wheels was a disaster! Patchy, flaky uneven paint. Upon complaining they asked for a chance to put it right. To be fair, they got the powder coating aspect of the refurb significantly better this time around (although not perfect). They were also paid to correct a buckle in the front alloy. They later said they found a second buckle. I was assured they could carry out these repairs. However, I’m getting constant wheel vibration at motorway speeds and more importantly It’s now virtually impossible to balance this front rim properly (I’ve tried twice). You can actually see the dent through the paint!! It seems they’ve made it worse than how it was to begin with! Not impressed."
