"Very helpful. Only booked day before. All done quickly and efficiently."
"Excellent Garage , staff very polite and extremely helpful. Iam a Delivery Driver, something went wrong with my car I needed it doing ASAP , the staff at this Garage had my car back on the road in no time , which I appreciated immensely. I would advise anyone to use this Company !"
"Car went in for an MOT. Abs fault found. The car was still in for an MOT over a month later. They only have an auto electrician come in on Fridays, which they somehow make the customer's problem not their absolute incompetency at diagnostics, repairing faults, procurement and prioritising. Obviously, if I knew they only had part-time mechanics and 'out of date ' software, I wouldn't have chosen to use them. Customer service is non-existent, connstantly fobbing you off to the next person, not one word of apology or sorry for the inconvenience of not having a car during the time it was with them. Then they leave the deadline until Saturdays when nobody of importance is in. For the first 2 weeks I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but it's long beyond reasonable. It probably wouldn't be as bad if they would offer a courtesy car for situations like this, but they don't so bear that in mind when you make the wrong decision to use the garage. I've used this company for a couple of years prior and found their service to be satisfactory. When I collected the car, I presume the owner, was very apologetic and did discount the cost of the repair. However, if the efficiency of the company hang solely on his shoulders it's not a very good business model. I'm not sure what's happened to the company since my last MOT but it's safe to say it's worth avoiding them, there are dozens of more competent garages around."
"Booked in for an MOT, we wasn't notified that it had failed we found out through the gov website. The car was left with them for repairs, after 8 days and no contact we phoned to be told the wrong parts had been delivered. We was contacted 2 days later to be told they were waiting for a part that they didn't say needed replacing. After 12 days I got my car back, which was now knocking from the rear when braking. It was taken back in, but they said they couldn't hear it and for us to run it as it might be the new brakes. After a week and no change it went back in, they actually had a look and said it was the brake cover was catching. We got it back and it was still knocking. It was returned to them again for a day and told it might be the other rear brake and they would strip it down and have a look. At the end of the day we was told it is the rear differential which will be expensive to replace. So after nearly two weeks of having my car and numerous visits it now has a knocking from the rear differential which wasn't happening before it went in, and noticed immediately after it was picked up."
