"I had booked my car in to check a warning light and was asked to come down for 8.30am when they open, I arrived and the garage wasn’t opened yet, all the gates closed so there was no ‘ample parking’ as described. 20 minutes later somebody arrives and opens up and asks me to wait a few more minutes. Someone then speak to me through an intercom to ask me to leave my key, no waiting room option as described online. Very disappointed, I walked away and have booked with a different garage this afternoon instead."
