"Shocking. Dropped off at 0820 as instructed for service booked in "first thing". Picked up just after 1pm as they were still saying they're hoping to get it in in the next couple of hours. My personal view is they saw "fleet service" on the job sheet and think I've got no choice but to use Halfords so I'll have to wait as long as it takes. Thank God they're wrong! Booked in elsewhere, will never go back! Wasted morning off work."
"Marked tyres down on an MOT with 5mm of tread left. The front tyres were worn on the outer edge which I'm more than willing to accept but the rears were 5mm across the entire width, I questioned the decision, they blamed it on the tester being from an 'agency'. I explained that this was unacceptable but they didnt offer a retest..wont use them again."
