"Called to change a shower. Realised my stop tap wasn’t working and Yorkshire water stop tap outside the property was also broken(fixed by Yorkshire water as their responsibility). "I called Terry to see if he could help cap off a gas pipe as part of an old fireplace removal, yes he could lol, he was at my house within 10 minutes, he was polite, friendly, swift, clean and professional, he even gave us some great advice along the way, he made sure the works and our gas system were fully tested and proven safe before leaving.
