We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls. We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!"
