"Had a drive train fault with my BMW and these guys managed to fit me in within the hour on the same day which was great. The guy on the phone initially said the clutch was going which wasn't the case. I had told them I'd had this same issue before that was previously fixed at another garage so it was likely the same problem and I showed the invoice so they could see what work was done. When I got there the guy plugged in the machine to see the fault (cylinder misfire) and initially put it down to a wiring problem that would require an electrician to come out the following week. He cleared the fault which came back immediately and charged me £40 for the "diagnostic" even though it was the same issue I had initially told them about. Took it to another garage and they fixed it in 10 minutes by replacing an ignition coil which didn't require an electrician at either of the other two garages."
