"When our oven stopped heating mid December we immediately thought new oven, then what about delivery before Christmas. After a search on google it looked more likely it was only the fan oven element that had gone and these could be delivered within a week from internet outlets. However there were so many to choose from and not all the photos on line looked exactly like my broken one. So I decided to look for local suppliers with the intent of picking one up. I messaged a couple of shops but Bells were the only ones to get back to me. They asked me to bring my old one down as a comparison but when I got there the one they had got out for me was a perfect match. Took it home and it fit and performed perfectly. Cooked beef wellington the following day and that was spot on. Saved me a fortune and any hassle of getting the wrong one from an online supplier. Many thanks."

Spoke to a very knowledgeable person there and he gave me good advice - which was to get Indesit to repair the washer dryer under parts and labour warranty. (which they did the same day).
