"Told me an oil change was £85 twice on the phone, took my car there and picked it up and they charged me £90, i know it's only a fiver but stuff like this pi$$es me off, so won't be going back, they couldn't give an explanation apart from "computer say's so"."
"Me and my girlfriend have used their services a couple of times and both times another issue has magically appeared, she was told it would cost hundreds to fix her speedometer and then the electrics started playing up, she later took it to another garage and they fixed the speedometer for free and said to her someone has been tampering with her wires and has unplugged them and even broken an injector, i got a tyre changed, they told me i needed an additional tyre changing and then a week later another tyre went flat when i had never had issues with it before, avoid at all costs"
"I only bought my car in June from Evans Halshaw, yet Troy charged me £540+ for the MOT! Be wary I think I was ripped off, Troy advertise " cheap" MOTs, then take them to a backstreet garage on Dolly Lane for the MOT, don't even do them themselves !"

I called in this morning after the school run ( before 8am) on the off chance of them been able to pop two new tyres on a set of loose wheels..I wasn't booked in . They were amazing...opened the office for me as I was there before they actually opened ..booked the job in, gave me a price and said they would be ready to collect same day . Brilliant service...
