"I have been coming to this store for years. Since it was taken over it's just not the same. Today I went to buy my usual dog food and take advantage of the discount cards they hand out.The last time I came I was given a card for purchases in January, but as my dogs food has lasted to today, the 2nd of February I was told I would not get the discount. I was charged £64 .99 for a bag of my usual dog food! Prompted by this poor service I looked online and can get it delivered free to my home for £45. I will never go here again."

"I called in this morning to buy some things for a new Puppy. I used to buy my wild bird food here so I know they had a very good selection of products available. I got everything that I went for apart from the Puppy food I needed as it was out of stock. The lady that served me was really helpful by taking my number so that she could call me when it was back in stock. Really good service offered in a polite, friendly manner. Lots of spaces to park and Covid regulations in place. A lovely visit overall."
