"Went over this morning before the Heat could get going especially for ice lollies. The freezers were all empty. I asked a young man for help. He told me if none out he couldn't help. I told him I would ask someone else. I spotted a supervisor and asked her if she could possibly get me 10 boxes of del monte pure orange ice lollies out the back to which she replied , if we do that for you we would have to do it for everyone. This was at 9am in the morning. These are 3.50 a box. Wonder how much they lost on sales by the time they close. Disgusting customer service!!!"
"We called for a meal at the cafe yesterday, Friday 30.7.21. As we are vegan we expected the usual reaction of annoyance from the cafe staff. The meal of an all day breakfast was superb. The quality, quantity and price were excellent. I will certainly recommend it to others. The best part was the service, we were looked after by a man I believe was called Stuart. He was so professional, helpful and efficient, which made the experience so enjoyable. Thank you Tesco for getting it so good."
