"I don't usually leave reviews, but the horrible service we experienced has made me feel the need too. Me and my partner ordered from justeat, on just eat it says their deal is any order over £20 gets a free 12" garlic bread. We purposely ordered extra chips to get our order to £20 for this garlic bread for me because with the deal it worked out cheaper. When the order came there was no garlic bread, and after questioning the staff about this, they stated the deal was £25 not £20 and that it was incorrect on the site. We protested saying that if the deal is £20 on site it should be honored until they can change it, as we would have ordered differently otherwise. They clearly didn't care and We were told they didn't want to do anything about this, pure laziness. Will not be ordering from here again, and I'd suggest ringing about the deals they have because they clearly don't update things."
"Absolutely disgusted. I ordered a kebab with garlic mayo, it came with peri peri sauce so couldn't eat it as it was too hot. Then I found a huge hair in the salad! When I rang to complain they were very rude and arrogant. Then he came to the door with a little pot of garlic mayo an hour after I complained. Knowing full well I couldn't eat the kebab anyway as it was full of peri sauce! Will not be ordering again."
